I am a fashion stylist along with being a full professor at UT. Because COVID limited my ability to work in fashion, I decided to post themed outfit months for however long COVID was impacting America, and not wearing any clothes two times during this period. All clothes I paid for; none were given or donated. All clothes come from Free People (or their sister company Urban Outfitters) or are vintage pieces from my wardrobe. Having this commitment during this time allowed me to keep a portion of my "non-COVID" life running normally, as well as made sure I did not fall into the loop of wearing sweatpants daily. It provided me with the consistency that I needed to stay positive and appreciate things (clothes and shoes!) that make me so very happy.
